4. However what annoyed us was that the hotel insisted on issuing `bracelets` for the hotel residents to wear so that we could `access all areas of the hotel` however they did not enforce the wearing of them and subsequently anybody could have walked into the hotel from the beach.

6. Our experience was that the Catamaran service will tell you anything you want to hear prior to your arrival until annoying little staff inconsistencies kick in upon your arrival.
