1. I do believe that the hotel does have a security problem (inside and outside), which is why I never leave a laptop, iPad, or similar device in my room when I am not there.

7. There was a little problem with the location of my room but once again when I contacted the front desk they responded quickly and efficently in taking care of it,,,,and I even got a follow up call from the Manager to make sure I was satisfied.

10. I talked to the MOD who assured me noise wouldn't be a problem and he found me a room that was quiet as a tomb - on the top floor as a junior suite no less.
