6. The hotel could solve this issue relatively quickly with improved insulation on the current windows, or for a permanent solution (however expensive) with completely new windows.

7. We stayed on the side of the hotel with a view of the highway so this was an issue for us, but not something so loud you couldn't sleep.

9. Later in the evening, we had some issues with smokers near our room, and Junior was quick to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.

10. There are plenty of hotels in this area called Hotel Circle, and I think they would all have similar issues w/ freeway noise unless they're extremely sound-proofed.
