1. The bad part was that being an infrequent guest at Sheraton, I did not have access to free Wifi in the room and the charge was $9.

2. If they don't resolve this in a positive way then I will never stay at another SPG property and also tell everyone about this bad expereince by frequently blogging, talking and spreading the word about how unsafe you and your property is.
