1. In 'new' room, no lightbulb in reading lamp, stopper in bathroom sink broken, lightbulb burned out over bathroom mirror, air conditioner/heating unit broken,,,one electrical outlet in wall plug worn out and could not be used.

2. The elevators frequently took several minutes to make it to the bottom floor; on multiple occasions, I overheard other guests expressing concerns to the front desk staff that the elevators were broken, but no steps were taken to remedy the situation.
