1. We wanted to check in and enjoy the 'manager's reception' before going to our dinner but could not due to the late check in caused by poor planning on the part of this hotel and staff.

3. The reception is good if you want free booze (they have beer, wine, and mixed drinks) but the snacks are pretty poor compared to other Embassy Suites.

6. Slow running drains, poor A/C, cold Hot Tub, no dry sauna (don`t believe the write-up), grumpy shuttle drivers and costly valet.
