1. The 'Happy Hour' in the evening was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing and the complimentary breakfast offered so many choices it was difficult not to fill our plates.

2. One thing to note, it is difficult to get from the hotels in San Diego to the Wild Animal Park, as no public transportation is available to go there.

3. I had had surgery 2 weeks prior to my stay on my knee and the staff was so accommodating and kind, making what could have been a difficult trip extremely easy.

4. Once seated and away from the hordes, you can somewhat relax but it is always difficult for my husband and I to relax while watching people act like it is their last meal.
