2. My ONLY complaint is that it took 20 minutes to retrieve our car from valet which is the only parking option to the tune of $29/night.

3. My only complaint is that it does not free WIFI internet - although if you ask they will give you a complimentary few free hours or you can use one of the 3 free terminals in the lobby ( although they can all be occupied at certain times).

6. I almost switched to another hotel after reading all the complaints re: $29 daily parking, which is probably closer to $35 after tacking on all the taxes/fees/surcharges etc.

8. The business center printer was out of order at the time, so I couldn't print out the discount tickets for the Midway or our airline boarding passes, otherwise I had no complaints.
