3. The customer service was excellent- however, our room smelled moldy and dirty and looked like it was a storage unit for excess furniture during the renovation, our tv in the bedroom was shoved off to the side on a 2nd entertainment center because it didn't fit in what I am assuming to be the original one for the room.

7. Our bathroom floor was noticably dirty for the length of the stay but, the beds were always made and the room was usually ready by 12:00.

8. The pool was indoors and I think that is why it was so cloudy and dirty from no air circulation and I didn`t want my kids to go in, but how do you tell kids they can`t swim when there was a pool full of kids and hot weather.

9. It would have been a perfect weekend if the room was clean and I wasn`t stressed about the dirtiness so we did talk to the front desk upon check out and their only response was 'we know, that`s how most of our rooms are, next month we are remolding the entire hotel one floor at a time'.
