The customer service was excellent- however, our room smelled moldy and dirty and looked like it was a storage unit for excess furniture during the renovation, our tv in the bedroom was shoved off to the side on a 2nd entertainment center because it didn't fit in what I am assuming to be the original one for the room.

3. Other then the black marks all over the walls, the dirty bathroom, and the molding mirror, the room was very nice, until nighttime when we tried to get sleep.
