1. They went to the wrong room and did not deliver my salad (mid-night) - but comped it due to this.

Also the hotel charges for each device connection to wireless (so laptop and iPad results in double billing), they were disorganized about my checkout date, and had the wrong date, one employee told me I couldn't extend it as they were full, but the next day another employee was able to extend me once a manager showed them how.

5. When I arrived at the hotel I thought this whole trip would be a disaster being that I realized upon check in that I was at the wrong westin.

6. While there was nothing seriously wrong with the hotel, it didn't meet my expectation of the Westin brand, and for the money, there are many appealing options in San Diego.

8. The concierge was keeping it deliberately short to help other guests (understandable, but wrong in my humbel opinion because he made me feel less important than the guest waiting behind me), instead of answering my questions, which were not beyond anything normal a tourist would ask3.

10. I informed them that they had not talked with me about the double beds, and I was told that the note must have been put on the wrong reservation.
