1. The only thing that kept me from rating this hotel with 5 stars was a bad night with a loud party next door--even though that has to do with the guests and not the hotel, it marred my experience of an otherwise perfect stay--more about that later.

5. They were not exceptionally loud but I could hear the TV, normal conversations, water/shower running and doors slamming until 1:30 in the morning so I did not get a very good nights sleep.

6. I asked where the business center was and she told me I said ok and left she shouted to me in a loud but Sarcastic tone 'THANK YOU' When I asked her for a comment card she said they didn't have one and I could tell her if there was a problem.

7. And personally I don't think that you should have to pay for WiFi when you are paying $189 for a tiny room with no view to speak of and a loud motor running being heard through the wall.

10. Am I supposed to throw them away? As I said, all of this is minor, and wouldn`t merit such a low review if not for the following: The first morning I was there, the alarm clock in the room woke me at 6am (really loud Mexican music.
