3. When I first arrived, my room that I reserved was messed up, I had upgraded to bay view room but when I arrived I was told I couldnt have one because they were sold out I was not happy to say the least, I got some coupons for the bar but when I was there, I couldnt use them because it was happy hour so the discount couldnt be applied.
