When we arrived there, frazzled from 5 hours on the road with three kids, two cars, and 5 too many bags we just wanted to be in our rooms and on our way to a much needed dinner, all of this was immediately made much more pleasant when Kayti greeted our two oldest children with a wagon full of toys and curbed the travel frustrations with her pleasant dimeanor.

The Bad: While minor, the only bad things we experienced were that our room keys did not work after we checked in and got up to our room (had to call from lobby phone and new keys were brought up within 5 minutes - although after a cross-country flight with 2 young kids we were ready to relax so this was a little frustrating).
