Our experience was very unpleasant at our last stay in January 25th, 2012, We careful reselect reputable hotels to stay during our business or pleasure at this occasion the Westin Hotel valet attendant took our vehicle at check in and at the time departure our vehicle was brought to us with a damaged rear bumper, we noticed immediately we requested to speak to the manager to report the incident then we are told the the hotel is refusing to take responsibility we are notified that the hotel hires an out side service for valet service and that our vehicle is parked who know where, We have a 750LI Vmw as you a very expensive car to have it park outside the hotel.
