At checkout there was an overcharge on the bill and an argument with the staff and a manager led nowhere other than their policy is to charge an extra room night to prepaid reservations for 'incidentals', rather than obtaining a pre-authorization, and they will refund any over charge 10 days later.

3. On the negative side, the hotel shuttle kept me waiting at the airport for almost an hour (then, the driver called me a liar), the front desk tried to overcharge me $68/day, and the hotel is a very long walk to the convention center, Petco Park, and the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter.
