1. Never had a good experience with the operator when calling the hotel, found them to be rude.

Then a large group of us (30 people) tried to go to the restaurant/bar on the property to continue celebrating our wedding, however upon arrival the manager was VERY RUDE to one of my guest, speaking to her in a way no one in the customer service industry ever should (And I would know because I have been in the industry for some time).

6. I told him 'you might want to consider in the future to be more polite to your customers - nothing wrong with you asking us to keep the noise down if you thought we were making too much noise, but you were damn right rude to me'.
