1. I did have a maintenance issue that was handled promptly and professionally.

2. No free breakfast or parking, but this wasn't an issue for us (no car), also you can get coffee and pastries a few blocks away.

5. It was my own fault for not printing out the confirmation confirming these added perks (I did not think it would be an issue at check-in).

7. The first room issued I refused and asked for an updated room, which made the stay very enjoyable wih a private lanai and close to the lobby, which had free internet access.

8. I have had issues from time to time , especially during the concert season but they have always been dealt with.
