5. Most horrible experience I`ve ever had in a hotel - there are rock concerts going on right next door almost every night until 10:30 PM and I was never advised that it would be virtually impossible for my wife and our 2 youung children to sleep until then.

9. The second day though our service was horrible with no cream cheese for the bagel with cream cheese (it was never brought out - we had to grab some from the Continental Bfast but by then the bagel was cold).
