1. It is not a terrible hotel, by any means; it just isn't my favorite among the various Hilton brand options in the area.

4. 3 drawbacks: the mattress on the hide-a-bed was terrible and needed to be changed out - way past its prime; the sheets on the main bed had not been changed from the prior guests (hair all over - Hotel immediately changed them); and parking is pricey.
