2. We were prepared for the parking cost, we just considered it part of the overall cost of the hotel, however, it's very inconvenient - three stories with no elevator and only one lane in the garage - two cars can't pass eachother, one needs to back out for the other to get by.

Negatives: staff/customer service were not that helpful; the lobby could have been cleaned on a more regular enough basis; narrow driveway made for inconvenient loading and unloading of the car; absolutely no views from any of the rooms; and the parking situation was a mess (small lot, expensive * fee, narrow lanes).
