1. (That was a big turn-off to me)I found the air in my room to be stale smelling; almost as though someone had smoked in the room some time before and the smell never quite cleared (there isn't a way to crack a window for fresh air).

2. During my stay, however, I had the impression that the hotel seems a bit 'tired' and stale (as are many Embassy Suites around the country), and the general feel of the hotel left me wanting more.
