1. I proceeded to tell him that its not my problem that they overbooked and that I reserved and was paying for a non-smoking room, how can they just give my room away? He said that they had oxidized the room extra to try to get rid of the smell for me.

9. So, last chance, I walk up to the front desk 'Hi, I am the guy who called about the TV and the folks in the breakfast area says that they don't have the remote''OK sir I just got here what is the problem' so I repeat my sad tale and she say's to me 'what floor are you on?' the 7th.
