1. On the negative side, we felt that the accommodation was not worth what we paid.

4. The only negative thing I can think of is the $20 per night parking fee, but there is plenty of street parking.

5. Clearly he was put in a bad situation by whoever from special events/catering booked the party and failed to manage it, but he did a very good job turning a big negative into a decent situation.

8. The other negative is the pool, it is very chorinated I suspect it seems so strong because it is indoors.

9. There are however, two negatives that I must point out, first, the air conditioner in the rooms is so loud, it sounds as if a plane engine is in your room as it starts up every 20 minutes.

10. negatives: staff/customer service were not that helpful; the lobby could have been cleaned on a more regular enough basis; narrow driveway made for inconvenient loading and unloading of the car; absolutely no views from any of the rooms; and the parking situation was a mess (small lot, expensive * fee, narrow lanes).
