Reserved a Legacy 'suite' which was much smaller than many deluxe rooms in nicer hotels, with minimal room for luggage, no nightstand on one side of the bed--very
inconvenient
, and a tiny bathroom with barely enough room to turn around in.

Finally had the issue resolved by calling hotel and speaking to the manager, I was given a measly 500 starwoods points for my

Offering no apologies for the
inconveni
ence, the snooty hotel "guest specialist" informed me that I could accept a room with one king bed or accept the hotel's offer to stay at a sister Sheraton hotel 20 minutes away by the airport (I should mention that the sister hotel is not a 5 star hotel).

Daily cleaning of the rooms were done after 2 pm-a huge
inconveni
ence when you walk all morning in the district and look forward to relaxing before dinner.
