5. I went here for a conference at the Hilton Bayfront and was worried that it was going to be too far (not knowing traffic and streets), however the US Grant is just a mile or so away and traffic is not bad at all despite the amount of people on the road.

8. The area for watching the television was very small with an enormous two seater sofa seemingly filling that part of the room and the bathroom was not only cramped but seemingly badly designed.

9. Hotel's valet parking is 35 dollars/night which is not bad comparing it to the W or Sheraton Hotels where parking is 32 dollars/night with in/out privileges.

10. (Stunning sink; totally bad for anyone 5'3' and shorter; no counter space; sink appeared to have the spout stopped up - perhaps lime deposits? - and the trickle of water was a problem.
