5. negative aspects included pricey valet at $35 per day, rooms not ready until almost an hour after check-in time,unvacuumed corridors on the way to our room,unclean 'dress' pillows on the beds,dirty & dusty behind the beds with evidence of previous guests, tattered curtains in the bathroom,towels that needed replacing to meet 5 star standards,rooms not vacuumed over our 5 day stay & general lack of attention to detail.
