2. They were able to tell my taxis various directions to restaurants and even helped me out of a cramped shuttle bus (keep in mind, along with those heels and sore feet I was talking about earlier, I had a pencil skirt on which is not the best in climbing out of packed shuttle vans).

3. The area for watching the television was very small with an enormous two seater sofa seemingly filling that part of the room and the bathroom was not only cramped but seemingly badly designed.
