4. The rooms were not so big, the beds and linens were old and worn, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable and the mattress was not in good condition anymore.

6. Why would the concierge lie to us and push us to go to this particular restaurant, spend $150 dollars on a terrible dinner, and make sure the restaurant credited him with the reservation? I wonder.
