1. To be fair, not only the Omni suffers from this noise issue - about 80% of the hotels in the area of the convention center are adjacent to the tracks.

2. I have to admit, I went to the front desk expecting to tell my problem to the young lady at the desk and then end up asking for a manager and then getting the typical 'Sir, theres nothing we can do to assist as this isnt a hotel issue' Well.

3. During our stay an issue arose that was no fault of the hotel's, however they went out of their way to assist any way that they could.

4. Little touches, like the wake up calls provided by actual people rather than automated voice, rectifying the issue I had with my laundry not coming back in the state I would have expected them, and the staff going above and beyond was very much appreciated.

8. There are no lcd tv's yet but that is a tiny issue compared to the rest of the hotel ammenities.

Some things I wasn't thrilled about, but aren't dealbreakers: even though we signed up for the loyalty program, I didn't hear anything about the free drink service in the morning- maybe it was because I signed up online prior to checking in? Also, we had a minor issue with a little bit of the bathtub water draining up the sink drain.
