1. I reported problem to hotel and they took care of it.

4. I have to admit, I went to the front desk expecting to tell my problem to the young lady at the desk and then end up asking for a manager and then getting the typical 'Sir, theres nothing we can do to assist as this isnt a hotel issue' Well.

10. Now there are some reviews here complaining about noise but I did not find it a problem as it was not that bad and I did use earplugs as I always do when ever I stay in a city.
