1. Nothing to complain but you should not have when a hotel room costs about 300 Dollars / night.

2. Now there are some reviews here complaining about noise but I did not find it a problem as it was not that bad and I did use earplugs as I always do when ever I stay in a city.

5. I can tell you Omni is excellent, throughout our stay, there is nothing I can complain about or pick on, and I can be picky because we are traveling with kids and elderly.
