1. They were having lots of elevator problems which sometimes caused long waits; also a few tense moments where we thought we were going to be stuck in a full elevator.

7. Our first room had a non-functional TV so we immediately changed rooms to find the second room had a similar problem but at least the remote worked to circumvent the issue.
