1. The staff is not rude or unfriendly, but there are some training issues with the underlings.

4. Our first room had a non-functional TV so we immediately changed rooms to find the second room had a similar problem but at least the remote worked to circumvent the issue.

9. Coming back at night, we simply took the water taxii, which is a bit pricey for more than one or two trips, but compared with what you would pay to stay at a hotel closer to the action, not an issue.
