1. I asked again about a room with a courtyard view and 2 beds, which we were given without any problems or additional charges.

10. There was self-parking and valet parking, the problem is that the valet people reserved all the vacant parking spots using cones, and they parked the cars wherever which made it very difficult for everyone else to get their car.
