1. I would have gladly paid more to stay at any of the other properties in this category - so perhaps I should complain to Priceline? We were really upset coming back to this hotel after walking down the Riverwalk and stopping in to have cocktails at the Hyatt, Westin, La Mansion, etc.

7. Someone else complained and they were told that they would get someone on it right away and that they thought I meant that it was hot but I just wanted it hotter.
