00 a night for a lump two-inch thick MATTRESS on a sofa bed of coils? Not only that, the hotel is shoddy, the lobby is worn, the elevators were smelly, and the whole scene reeked of
poor
management and is run-down and ancient.

No soap and other bathroom cleaning inadequacies, key cards that don't work in the room and concierge doors and have to be replaced continually (no, I don't keep them near my phone), and mediocre to
poor
catered food.

The grounds are beautiful, staff accommodating, and rooms large, however construction was clearly
poor
and you should not be able to hear every word from your neighbors or those walking down the halls.
