1. The only issue I have is, why do they charge so much for parking when there is an ample lot they own right on property? It is not in a heavy parking dense area, I just don't get it.

7. Upon arrival, I was impressed to see a note to us from the general manager of the hotel expressing his wishes for us to have a comfortable stay and encouraging us to contact him directly if we had any issues or concerns (we didn't).

8. The Riverwalk is only about three blocks away on a busy street so safety never seemed an issue even later at night.

10. I never had any issues with noise from outside, though there was one night when the next door neighbors were playing their TV too loud (connected room -- I HATE those).
