1. I went to the front desk the following morning and instead of getting an apology they told me that any room that has a do not disturb sign on their door at noon does not get cleaned that day.

3. Facing out had a little street noise (Police sirens went off about three or four times during our stay), but it wasn't too disturbing as the A/C fan was noisy enough to block most of it out.

4. I was then checked out 3 days early by someone at the front desk, was awakened by housekeeping banging on the door (even though there was a do not disturb sign) and was finally called by the front desk.
