2. It is located in the city and many of the rooms have balconies, which unfortunately allows lots of noise in to the rooms.

3. unfortunately it's one of those lots that only has a reasonable price from later in the day to early in the morning with no in and out privileges so you're really better off (if you believe it) with the valet.

6. unfortunately, the 'views of the River Walk' could and did include being at eye level with the top of the palm trees that line the River Walk, and more of a view of the busy street intersection than the actual River Walk.
