1. The only problem we had was when we arrived from the airport they took our bags and they were suppose to bring them to our room.

3. I was able to connect to the Internet and navigate the building without problem as they have maps posted at each elevator.

5. The center is unstaffed, so if you have a problem, you are basically out of luck because you cannot call the front desk or your office or anyone else because you have no phone.

6. They have a sister hotel a block or two away but you have to walk there, which isn't a problem when it is nice weather, but I visited when it was cold and rainy.

7. We could hear every word of conversations at the pool area and knew this was going to be a huge problem with noise and trying to get good sleep.

10. Then about 10 minutes later someone called on the phone asking the name of the guest staying in the room??????? Don't know what was up that night,told the front desk the next day & they said they were having computer problems the night before.
