1. When we checked out Saturday morning, I complained and was given a $100 credit, which was appreciated.

5. My only negative was that we had to call down to the front desk to complain about very loud people on our floor.

6. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, the hotel had a bottle of champagne brought up to the room (only issue with this is we do not drink so another alternative would have been nice) I'm not complaining, just saying the hotel could have saved a little money and brought us sweets.
