2. Perfect spot because the 4th floor is high enough to avoid all but the loudest pedestrian sounds, and you have a perfect view of the river boats and architecture.

3. Our room did not face the Riverwalk but I think that worked out better to avoid the noise level from patrons along the Riverwalk esp on a Friday or Saturday night when the Riverwalk is packed with people.
