1. Although this review has been mostly negative due multiple problem at first as we arrived but a quickly responded from the friendly staffing that's a PLUS to us & we would come back again.

2. the only 'negatives' i can say would be the tvs are older (not flat screens), the bed was a little hard (the staff sent extra comforters to soften it) and the free internet a little slower than normal, but none of that was a show stopper.
