1. we had an incident the internet not working and we came down to the front desk to let the supervisor know and Carly was rude and not apologetic of the issue and told us.

2. Also, I prepaid my parking online when I booked my room, we had an issue with this when I checked in, but the guy said he would take care of it.

3. Other issues-- my room was over the carport in front of the hotel and I could hear the tropical music all night long, even with the balcony door closed.

8. The hot water was also an issue, one day no hot water at all the next day the shower would go from cold to scalding hot in a matter of seconds.
