3. noisy hammering and drilling from approximately 7 AM to approximately 5 PM, sometimes so loud I can't hear the TV.

4. Just a quick walk around the bend is where all the restaurants are located one after another but it is a bit more noisy in that area of the riverwalk due to all the outside dining.
