1. Decently priced if your dates are flexible.

2. Through the years, I've experienced the hotel rooms evolve from dated furnishings, smoke scent rooms and stale air bathrooms to upgraded furnishings, smokeless rooms (althought I could still smell a slight smoke scent) and improved air flow bathrooms.
