1. The bed was super comfortable, the pull out couch and rollaway not so much, but it was my kids sleeping on them and they don't complain about those sorts of things.

7. I did not complain to the staff about the smell because I was only there 3 days, so I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would have moved me to another room if I had said something.

8. But, I honestly did not find much to complain about at all -- except for the $6 to use the Internet I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I go back to San Antonio.

9. When complained that we had guaranteed reservation paid for and uncancellable, desk informed us that 'corporate reservations made that, not us' and that making a guaranteed, non refundable prepaid reservation in no way obligates the hotel to actually provide the room at the promised 3pm checkin time or otherwise.
