1. The foam pillows were horrible (lumpy like they'd been filled with chunks of foam), probably the only downside to the whole stay.

10. The only downsides to keep in mind are that parking is not free (riverwalk area ) and the hotel charges 16$ for an overnight parking pass, but if you compare this to the 25$ for standard Rivercenter parking it does not seem as bad.
