1. Reading the review about conventions, there was a dental convention there but it was not an issue.

4. Great hotel, room and facilities, no issues at all and would recommend to anyone, check deals prior as we got free under Rewards scheme.

5. then as I go to open the door to the new room I get the scare of my life while I walk in someone asleep in the room after calming her down and trying to slow my heart rate down I go all the way down to the lobby to let them know the issue.

6. The only minor issues with the hotel was that we didn't like having to pay for internet access (in our opinion this should definitely be included at a nice hotel), the pool area was a bit like a wind tunnel (hold onto your personal belongings), and the guest room bathrooms were rather small.

While there wasn't any major disaster we experineced at the hotel, there was one issue that we had that was enough to make the experience less than desirable: the rooms are either poorly insulated or else the ventilation from the HVAC is poorly constructed because it is nearly impossible to maintain a stable temperature in the room.
